Each COA carries a unique access code and a QR that resolves to a permanent record on this site. Your customer scans it, sees the result, and never has to create an account. Certificates cannot be altered after release, and we publish the file's fingerprint so anyone can prove their copy is the one we issued.
HPLC tells you how pure it is. Mass spectrometry tells you what it is. A purity number on its own is a percentage of something unidentified — which is why both are in every package, at one price, always.
Every sample is photographed at intake before anything is opened, and the image is printed on the certificate. It ties the document to the physical object and makes a forged COA considerably harder to pass off.
